Get Out Now: Not a Drill

A survival thriller: the power is out, phones are dead and the radio says leave.

About the game

from the studio

Get Out Now is the cinematic survival thriller our founder, Joonas Tanner, has always wanted to play: alone, late at night, with headphones on.

One night in a small river town, the power fails. Phones lose their signal. Cars won’t start. Then a battery radio crackles with an emergency broadcast: this is not a drill. Flashlight in hand, you walk out into the dark.

It is early in development. The images here come from the cinematic teaser, and the website has the radio broadcast and sounds. Best with headphones.

Highlights

what we’re building
  • A survival thriller. An ordinary town, one night, and the growing sense that something is terribly wrong.
  • Built on dread. Darkness, silence and sounds you can’t place. You won’t see it. You’ll hear it.
  • Headphones on. Lights off. That is how it is meant to be played.
